How to attach PDF in Email from Google doc Template for each form response
Form Notifications provides you with the ability to generate a PDF file using the Google doc as template . You can find more details about the same at workflows
Using this feature The generated PDF is sent as file attachments along with the notification emails.
How to Enable PDF Attachment from Google DOC as Template
Configure a Workflow:
Follow the instructions to set up your workflow and test the PDF generation.
Configure Email Processor
- Create a new processor or edit an existing processor .
- You can see a "Select Workflow" drop down to select the Workflows having export type as PDF.
- Select the appropriate workflow and save your processor .
Now every time a new form submission happens the Email will include the PDF generated by workflow as an attachment .

If there is an Error in workflow execution then the Email will be sent without the generated PDF . Make sure to include helper text in your email that instructs the recipient to reach out if the said attachment is missing.

Email providers have limits on attachment size . If you have multiple attachments that cross the limit set by email providers then the email may not be delivered.

At the moment only the workflow having export type as PDF is supported.
