Use cases
Following are some of the use cases where this feature can be used.
Event Registration Limits
For events with limited seating or participation slots per session, once the maximum number of participants selects a specific option (e.g., a workshop or conference session), it can be automatically removed from the form, preventing overbooking.
Appointment Booking
In forms used for booking appointments (e.g., with doctors, consultants, or salons), if a time slot is fully booked, that slot can be eliminated as an option for other users.
Inventory or Product Selection
In forms for ordering or reserving products, if certain items are no longer in stock, they can be eliminated to prevent further selection.
Course Registration with Section Limits
In forms where students sign up for course sections, once a section reaches the max number of students, it can be removed from the list.
There are many such use cases where this feature will be useful.
