Privacy Policy​

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

We consider your privacy to be of utmost importance and take robust measures to protect the security and integrity of such information. We limit the use of information collected through our service for the purpose of improving the service. We never sell, share, or provide your information to anyone else. We may collect usage data without personal information to benefit you and make your experiences better.

If you no longer desire our service, you may delete or deactivate it by uninstalling our add-on. You may reach out to us for any questions or concerns regarding the privacy policy. We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

We reserve the right at all times to disclose your Personal Information to legal or regulatory authorities as required to comply with our legal obligations. We may also disclose Personal Information to law enforcement officers or others when we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce this Privacy Policy.

What personal information we collect​

We store all the business data on your personal Google account. We do not require you to share your login credentials with us. We use Google OAuth 2.0 for Authentication. As is true of most websites, we may collect some information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, operating system, date/time stamp, browser, and other interactions with the application. We may use this information to diagnose technical problems, analyze trends, and identify potential cases of abuse.

We store your configuration or settings data in User Property Store or Application Data Folder. User Property Store is a service provided by Google App Script. Data stored under the User Property Store is unique per user per add-on and cannot be accessed by other users. The application data folder is a special hidden folder that can be used to store application-specific data, such as configuration files. This folder is only accessible by the appscript application and its contents are hidden from the user and from other Drive apps.

We use thirdparty payment processors such as Stripe and Paypal to bill you for some of our services. We do not store and do not have access to your credit card details.

We collect error messages generated by our various back-end and front-end programs for the purpose of diagnosing technical issues and improving the service.

Data Protection​

We have the following data protection mechanisms at place.

  • Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. The app uses industry-standard encryption practices to protect your data.

  • The app cannot access Google account credentials such as password.

  • The app uses the mechanisms provided by google cloud platform such as User Property Store and Application data Folder to store settings and data. The logs are stored in Google Cloud Logging and are used for real-time monitoring and debugging the cause of errors.

  • The app can not see or read your credit card information.

  • The app stores all the busines data in your google drive.The app does not read any of your google drive files without your permissions.

Limited Use Disclosure​

Form Email Notifications app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Please check the Limited Use Disclosure for more information.
